While the hotel had a beautiful pool and a great location near the beach, our experience was marred by issues with the room assignment and unsatisfactory service. We were disappointed by the lack of communication from the staff, especially regarding our expectations of the sea view room. The breakfast offerings were quite underwhelming and not up to par with what we hoped for.

My experience at the Evergreen Resort was quite mixed. While the hotel is perfectly located right on Chaweng Beach with beautiful surroundings and friendly staff, it suffered from some major issues regarding room allocations and communication. The beach area is great, but the dining facilities could use some improvement. Overall, I enjoyed certain aspects, but the service and transparency left much to be desired.
